| Ingredients: | 2 ounces Pimm’s #1 2 ounces California Ridge Vineyards Zinfandel 2 ounces ginger beer 1 cucumber slice, halved, for garnish 1 strawberry, halved, for garnish |
| Directions: | In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Pimm’s #1, Zinfandel and ginger beer and shake. Strain the cocktail into a highball glass filled with fresh ice, and garnish with the halved cucumber and strawberry slices. |
