Wine veteran Jim Gordon to author weekly content.

Wine Enthusiast and Wine Enthusiast Online is pleased to announce the launch of Unreserved, a blog tackling the latest topics in the wine world and beyond. Written by veteran wine journalist Jim Gordon, the blog will be posted 2-3 times weekly and cover topics from screwcap snobbery to why New World wines are giving the Rhônes a run for the money.

Gordon brings over 20 years of professional wine journalism and tasting experience. Now the editor of America's longest-running wine industry news publication, Wines & Vines, Jim began his wine education as a reporter and editor at the St. Helena Star in Napa Valley, then worked in New York and San Francisco for Wine Spectator, where he was managing editor for 12 years. Gordon launched Drinks.com as VP of Content before returning to Napa, where he was editor of Wine Country Living magazine and a creator of Wine Country Living TV for NBC station KNTV in San Jose.
