Paella Recipe Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

ELIGIBILITY

The "Paella Recipe Contest" ("Contest") runs between 12:01 AM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on December 5 ^th, 2011 and 11:59 PM EST on February 29, 2012. Open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older. VOID in CA and TN and WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. . Employees of Wine Enthusiast Companies, Inc., Torres [need official company name for Torres] ("Sponsors"), Vibe Incentives and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to enter the Contest. Contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

HOW TO ENTER

ONLINE CONTEST REGISTRATION: Follow the instructions at www.facebook.com/wineenthusiast to initiate the "recipWE" Facebook application and submit one (1) original Paella recipe to receive one (1) entry into the contest. Only one (1) entry per person per email address / Facebook account for the duration of the Contest. All Entries must be received by February 29, 2012 11:59PM EST and must include the submission of an original Paella recipe using the "recipWE" facebook application to qualify for entry into the Contest. No other method of entry will be accepted. Proof of online entry or of posting does not constitute proof of delivery. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address / Facebook account submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address / Facebook account by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned.

PRIZES

Grand Prize: Airfare for two. Limited to the Continental U.S.
Accomodations: One room for 2 people at a 4-star hotel for 4 nights.
Transportation to and from the airport
One dinner for two at the Vinoteca restaurant.

A VIP tour, tasting and lunch at Torres Winery for two.

One (1) Grand Prize to be won consisting of a four (4) consecutive night stay at a four-star hotel, round-trip coach airfare to and from for two (2) adults from international airport nearest to winner's residence in the continental U.S., one (1) dinner for two at the Vinoteca restaurant and one (1) VIP tour, tasting and lunch at Torres Winery for two. Winner and companion must travel on same itinerary.

Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $4,995.00

All arrangements are subject to availability and must be made through [Torres] with a minimum of 30 days notice. Air travel blackout dates may apply, including, but not limited to, major holidays, and are subject to change without notice. Prize valid for one year from day winner is selected and must be booked by June 30, 2012. It is the winner's sole responsibility along with their travelling companion(s) for all costs not expressly described herein including, without limitation, all air departure related taxes, in-flight meals and beverages, ground transportation to and from the airport, ground transportation to and from the destination airport and the winery, optional seat selection fees, additional checked luggage fees, in-flight entertainment costs, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, all personal expenses of any kind or nature, together with any applicable overnight layover.

Approximate retail value of all prizes is $4,995.00. All taxes and all other expenses not expressly specified herein as part of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Restrictions may apply on any prize. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value. No more than one prize per entrant. Prize details not specifically set forth herein are at Sponsors' sole discretion. Winner is solely responsible for any costs incurred in claiming, registering, or using a prize. All federal, state, local, municipal laws and regulations apply.

WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION

All potential winners will be selected for all prizes by an independent judging organization in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or around March 15 ^th, 2012. Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone within seven (7) days from the DRAWING date. In the event that a potential winner cannot be notified within seven (7) days after notification attempt, or does not reply within seven (7) days to the notification attempt, or if a potential winner fails to comply with any requirement of these Official Rules, then that potential winner's prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries received. Grand Prize will be awarded within one (1) year of drawing date based on winner's available travel dates and must be booked by June 30 ^th2012. Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (unless prohibited) and return documents in the time specified. Travel companion must sign liability/publicity release prior to travel.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

By entering the Contest, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the independent judging organization which are final on all matters pertaining to the Contest. By entering the Contest you are giving your permission (opt-in) to receive information from respective sponsors. The Contest is governed by the laws of the state of New York, whose courts shall have non exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising.

PUBLICITY

Participation in the Contest constitutes each winner's permission for Sponsors to use such winner's Paella recipe, name, likeness, hometown and biographical information for advertising and promoting this Contest without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

RELEASE

By entering the Contest, each entrant fully and unconditionally releases and holds harmless Sponsors, Vibe Incentives and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees and its advertising, promotional and judging agencies from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or receipt, redemption, use or misuse of any prize won, except to the extent that this release may be limited by applicable law.

GENERAL

Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Sponsors, any telephone network, service providers and Vibe Incentives are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Contest or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Contest, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the Contest and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes among all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If the Contest is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted at www.vibeincentives.com/messageinabottle. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsors reserve the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant that tampers with the operation of the Contest or website or violates the Official Rules of the Contest. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST OR THIS WEBSITE IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

USE OF ENTRIES

The personal information you submit when you enter the Contest is collected by the respective Sponsors and will be subject to their privacy policies at their respective web sites. By entering the Contest you are giving your permission (opt-in) to receive information from respective sponsors.
