Located at Domaine Chandon, étoile’s cuisine is California/Mediterranean, but the technique is French. Working closely with Domaine Chandon’s winemakers, 25-year-old Chef Perry Hoffman—the youngest U.S. chef awarded a Michelin star—begins with a wine and creates a complementary dish.
