Due Lire Vino and Cucina, located in Chicago's Lincoln Square neighborhood, will hold a wine dinner on Monday, October 8. This event features Boroli wines and varietals from the Piemonte region of Italy, including Barolo, Barbaresco, Barbera and Dolcetto.
Executive Chef Kevin Abshire has prepared a five course menu that includes celery root soup with bone marrow, rabbit liver ravioli, porcini mushroom risotto, roasted venison loin and black walnut and Dunbarton blue cheese terrine.
