Staying true to his DIY motto, on Saturday, December 8 from 11 am to 1 pm, chef Herring will pull back the curtain and unveil creative appetizers and Champagne pairings that you can prepare easily at home to put more zazz into holiday entertaining. The interactive course features step-by-step cooking demonstration of four holiday apps with a gourmet twist by chef Herring and special guest chef Rick Gresh of David Burke’s Primehouse – followed by audience tastings. Each app will be paired with different types of bubbles, from true Champagne to sparkling wine to Italian Prosecco. There will also be holiday-inspired cocktail demonstrations (and tastings). Recipe cards are provided for guests to take home and recreate themselves.
