Beginning at 6pm on Thursday, December 6, Napa comes to Lakeview! The leading U.S. marketer of luxury wines, Terlato, will join forces with Socca chef Roger Herring to bring Chicago an unforgettable night for wine connoisseurs and novices alike. For $55 per person, a selection of Terlato’s prestigious brands along with five delightful courses prepared specially by chef will be presented to guests. Reservations are required by calling 773.248.1155. The night’s pairings include:
-Assortment of Socca gourmet pizzettes
-Zinfandel Braised Beef Short Ribs, parsnip potato puree, shredded Brussels sprouts and pancetta
-Lamb Socca, goat cheese fonduta, roasted peppers
-Prime Ribeye, summer black truffle risotto, blooming shallot, kiln-dried cherry bordolaise
