Sip Six Varietals at the New Weekly Tasting Event
III Forks Prime Steakhouse, located in Lakeshore East, has a new weekly wine tasting event on Wednesday evenings. “Wine Down Wednesday” will take place every week from 5-7 p.m. Wine Director Lance Gresak and a variety of local wine representatives will pour and discuss six different wines. Participants will visit the tasting table, sample wines and enjoy passed appetizers created by Executive Chef Clark Grant ($15 fee). The wines and appetizers will vary from week to week. Example Pours:
2011 Viu Manent Malbec Reservations are not required, simply arrive between 5-7 p.m.
