At ProWein, International Trade Fair Wines and Spirits, to be held from March 24 - 26, 2013 in Düsseldorf, Germany, all wine growing nations and regions will be represented. Over 4,000 up-and-coming newcomers, smaller boutique wineries, specialist producers and renowned international suppliers of first class wines and spirits will showcase their ranges. Experts will be among themselves since ProWein is a trade only event and the trade visitors are specialists from all continents: 40,000 decision makers from the retail, gastronomy and hotel industry from the relevant wine importing markets.

A favorite at ProWein is the “Tasting Area” with 1,000 wines available for tasting – this year with the topic “Trendy and leading varieties of international viticulture”. In addition, award-winning organic wines will have their own tasting area. In the “FIZZZ Lounge”, a colorful range of cocktails can be sampled. These tastings will be complemented by exhibitor seminars and hosted tasting sessions.
