Chef Andy Motto Pairs Four Courses with Single Malt Scotch Quince restaurant will hold a Macallan single malt scotch tasting and dinner on Friday, January 25 at 6:30 p.m. A Macallan brand ambassador will lead the event, and will discuss the distillery’s history as well as the four featured pours. Executive Chef Andy Motto has created a four course menu (smoked sturgeon; roquefort ravioli; venison; chocolate dessert) to pair with McCallan 10 year, 12 year, 15 year and 17 year scotch.
