Taste Alexander Valley, now in it's 16th year, is a weekend long celebration of wine and food throughout Sonoma County's beautiful Alexander Valley. The weekend kicks-off this year with an evening event on Friday night, May 17 at the historic "Old Stone Winery," at Trione Vineyards & Winery in Geyserville.This fabulous reception and gala, running from 5:00-8:30pm, will feature reserve and library wines from throughout Alexander Valley. Adding to the festivities will be passed hors d’oeuvres and a variety of seasonally influenced small plates prepared by renowned local chefs. Enjoy it all while being serenaded by live music. On Saturday and Sunday, from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, 28 wineries will offer their own special wine and food tastings, live entertainment and special weekend wine discounts.
