The newly formed Paso Robles CAB (Cabernet and Bordeaux) Collective (PRCC) will bring together the region’s most sought-after collection of Cabernet Sauvignon and red Bordeaux wines for an afternoon of tasting. Attendees will enjoy exclusive access to winemakers through a walk-around tasting format of the appellation’s finest Bordeaux varietals – those which compete on a global stage.

Top Central Coast food purveyors will be on-hand serving up delectable bites to pair with these award-winning wines at the scenic, elegant Windfall Farms of Paso Robles.

ABOUT: The Paso Robles CAB (Cabernet And Bordeaux) Collective is a newly-formed, independent collaborative effort of leading Paso Robles growers and producers of Cabernet and Bordeaux varietals.
