Find out if you can hack it as a winemaker during our hands-on Winemaker for a Day event! Once a year, we give you the opportunity to participate in the most exciting time of year at Two Mountain – harvest and crush. You’ll spend time on the vineyard and in the lab with Winemaker Matt Rawn and Vineyard Manager Patrick Rawn, where you’ll read brix through a hydrometer, take temperature readings, participate in punch-down and learn about the process of fermentation.
