Aromas of blue flower, woodland berry, cake spice, game and a whiff of cellar floor emerge in the glass. The meaty palate offers ripe black cherry, raspberry compote, cinnamon and clove alongside assertive tannins. This is still primary and needs a few more years to fully come together. Drink 2019–2024.
