This is Baron-Fuenté's top wine, made as an expression of pure Chardonnay. It is tight, textured and ready for some bottle aging. The minerality is palpable with its zingy edge and lemon-zest flavors. While the wine can be drunk now, it will be much more complex in a few months. Drink from 2017.
