This Bruce Springsteen-inspired wine, which gets a nice boost from 20% Mourvèdre, delivers very pretty aromas of lilacs, licorice, baking spice and blackberry juice. The relatively light palate picks up vanilla ice-cream elements along with cinnamon strudel and lingering tobacco, and will only improve as the tannins soften. Drink 2018–2028.
