This bodega's top-of-the-line offering is comprised of 40% Malbec, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot. But something in here isn't quite ripe, because the green aromatics and flavors are strong. So is the tomato-like flavor at the core of the palate. For some reason the wine lacks potency.
