Opening aromas of toffee and nuts are nice, but the nose falls off some and flattens out. Flavors of nuts, chocolate and caramel candy are typical of Cream Sherry but are not out of the ordinary, and the finish is underwhelming. Solid and more than decent, but not as pure and elevated as in the past.
