A big burst of vanilla highlights the scents and flavors of this Rhône-inspired blend of Mourvèdre, Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. Unfortunately, all that vanilla obscures the fruit and blankets any subtleties. Residual flavors of stem and slightly green tannins fill in the finish.
