Made from 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 25% other varieties, this offers aromas of dark fruit, blue flowers, sweet spice, pipe tobacco and cedar. The mature palate shows raisin, licorice, mint, menthol, grilled herb and dark chocolate alongside smooth, polished tannins. While it's already accessible, this should hold well for another four or five years. Drink through 2020.
