Based in the southern Champagne vineyards of the Aube, the Charles Clément cooperative has made a rich, full-bodied and fruity non-vintage wine. It has forward apple flavor and a soft, creamy texture brightened with lemon zest and brisk acidity. A touch of toast adds complexity to this bottling.
