This is a serious wine structured with firm tannins. The texture is solid and somewhat austere, but very concentrated. Associated with Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande in Pauillac, de Pez is now showing the solid and long-aging character of Saint-Estèphe. Drink from 2018.
