Ripe and fruity, this wine brings out apricot and pear flavors. It is rounded, full of fruit as well as balanced acidity. It is ready to drink but will be better from late 2015. The vineyard, about two-thirds old-vine Sémillon and one-third Sauvignon Blanc, tends to be harvested during cool mornings.
