The wine is soft, relatively rounded even though it has plenty of crisp and herbaceous Sauvignon Blanc flavors. Acidity is kept in check by the ripe green and yellow fruits, lime and apricot to the fore. The aftertaste brings out a more tangy texture. Drink now.
