From tiny production of 2.5 acres, there is a spicy, lightly toasty wine that brings out a richness in the Sauvignon Blanc and gives the apricot and pear fruit roundness. The wine is ripe, full in the mouth, tangy and zesty with a more refreshing herbal aftertaste. Drink from late 2016.
