Bright with fruit, this is a crisp and fresh wine. Acidity gives a strongly citrus character while allowing the potential of riper fruit and delicious pear juice flavors. It's a wine for apéritif, light and deliciously poised. It is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Sauvignon Gris from the Xavier Milhade family, now in its fourth and fifth generations on the estate.
