Oregon Grüner is still a rarity, but deserves a place of honor in the pantheon of emerging white wine grapes grown in the Willamette Valley. Grapefruit and citrus—both flesh and rind—form the core of this tart, mineral-driven wine. Even better on the second day, it remained fresh and focused.
