Billed on the label as a “dry apéritif,” white Port on ice isn't a bad drink at all, although it probably won't fit everyone's taste. It's a bit like spiked apricot juice with the added note of brandy. Fortunately, it's neither cloying nor sweet, but it's not exactly refined or exotic. Adventurous types should try it. Conventional types might want to take a pass.
