Coeur de Terre consistently offers a Pinot Gris that is fine-tuned, aromatic and elegant. The fruit is ripe enough, but remains tart and spicy, with bracing texture and fine focus. Crisp apple, pear and citrus is given a bit of a ginger/cinnamon snap through the finish, with highlights of cotton candy and orange peel.
