This selection is a collaboration between Coronado and Florida's Cigar City Brewing, showcasing Polaris, the recently introduced German hop, known for its high alpha acids and distinct pineapple and herbaceous notes. It doesn't disappoint, with upfront citrus and tropical fruit tones on the nose and mouth, given texture by a pleasant bitterness and a lingering finish. Medium carbonation keeps the smooth palate in check, with lasting impressions of juicy citrus, fresh mint and cut grass.
