This is called Icognito because Syrah was not allowed in the Alentejo at the time it was launched. It has since become a signature wine for Hans Jorgensen at Cortes de Cima. It's a great mouthful of soft, ripe fruit, full-bodied with flavors of cranberries and dark raisins.
