Clean, focused aromas of lemon custard, green melon, lanolin and beeswax are framed by hints of white flowers and crushed mineral. It's round and full in the mouth, but with enough acidic lift to enliven the fruit flavors on the palate. This is drinking well now and should be enjoyed over the next year.
