This entry-level wine for Sashi Moorman and Rajat Parr's low-alcohol poster child brand is rather subdued on the nose, with damp earth, dark raspberries and black pepper. Once sipped, the body is quite lively and energetic, with sour and tart flavors approaching green peppers that surround a mineral line of graphite. Its savory side will emerge slowly 2018–2024.
