This is an impressive wine made from 100% Fer Servadou (known as Braucol in Gaillac). Aged for 18 months in wood, the wine is perfumed, ripe with black fruits and a texture that comes from the chalk soil of this small appellation in the foothills of France's central mountains. Drink this fine wine from 2019.
