Surprisingly, this blend of 65% Chenin Blanc and 35% Sémillon is quite rich and oaky with prominent aromas of butter, wood-grilled red apple and walnut skin. The mouth offers more creamy nutty flavors of buttered popcorn and peach pit, but a bit lacking in the fruit department.
