This wine seems to have evolved quickly, going from dark and sturdily tannic in June to more perfumed and lighter-bodied in August. I'm happy to report that the changes have been largely for the better, although I have mild concerns about the wine's potential longevity. It now has a bouquet of fresh flowers, herbs and flavors to match. Harmoniously blends amounts of florality, meatiness, spice and fruit. Drink now–2010.
