A nonconformist blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Carmenère, Petit Verdot and Sangiovese that starts with hard mint and oak aromas that are echoed on the palate, which is foresty and slightly herbal. As it opens, however, richness, sweetness and harmony emerge. It's maybe not a star but it has its virtues.
