This blend is 82% Cabernet Franc, 6% Syrah, 6% Merlot and 6% Cabernet Sauvignon. The emphasis on the Franc puts more herbal flavors in the center, with coffee grounds, black pepper and baking chocolate wrapped around the spicy and tart berry fruit. The match of acid and barrel flavored tannins is picture perfect.
