Vibrant and flowery on the nose, this shows ripe blackberry, lilac and black rock aromas, which mellow as the wine opens. The palate is expertly woven and cohesive, with black raspberry fruit and crème de cassis leading into rocky and earthy flavors, all bound by chalky tannins. Accessible now but built to last.
