Big, chewy and forward, this has aromas of baked plum, vanilla and oak-driven spices. The evolved, extracted palate offers black cherry marinated in spirits, exotic spice, licorice and a confectionary note alongside fine-grained tannins. But it lacks freshness and you'll also get the heat of alcohol on the finish that throws it further off balance.
