A venture to the north of Portugal for this Alentejo-based producer gives a rich view of Alvarinho. With a smooth, ripe texture and layers of apple and citrus fruits, this is a concentrated wood-aged wine. The acidity is reminder of the cool climate of Portugal's Minho region. Drink from 2018.
