Very sprightly lemon notes sprout from the more rounded apple flavors on nose and palate. There is a slight backdrop of autolytic bread notes but a frothy, almost urgent freshness that wants to come to the fore. This might well serve as a palate-freshener between courses. The friendly apple scent makes it a welcome pick-up.
