Winemaker: Johan Joubert. This is a big, bold and bruising Cab, rich and pronounced in concentrated black berry, plum and cassis tones that are hit with good doses of cedar spice, pressed violet and church incense. The crushed velvet texture boasts gripping tannins and decadent flavors of black fruit skin, cigar box and espresso that carry on through the long finish. Drink 2020–2025.
