Experimenter-in-chief Kenneth Volk tackles this Mediterranean grape of ancient origins. Stone fruit dominates the nose, suggesting peach pie, peach jam, even peach pudding, with some sweet Stargazer lily floral notes as well. The peach transforms to melon, apple and caramel on the palate.
