An exotic collection of olive, rubber, blackberry, blueberry and cardamom aromas stirs interest. The palate is at first high in tartaric acid but later reveals itself to be loamy and chunky. Baked flavors of blackberry and earth finish short, salty and blocky, with a reverberation of pointed acidity.
