This, according to the winery website, is the nation's first commercially produced still white wine from Cabernet Franc grapes. In any event, it's quite a rarity, and suspect at first as just a gimmick. But what a delightful wine it turns out to be! It brings cucumber, grapefruit, white melon, golden raspberries, blood orange, tarragon and even hazelnut components. This wine never stops delighting and surprising.
