Earthy, mature aromas of mushroom, leather and foresty berry fruits are oaky but nice. Bullish, scratchy tannins make for a rough mouthfeel, while flavors of roasted black fruits come with bold meaty notes. A solid, salty tasting finish is tannic, but overall this is ready to drink now through 2021.
