Aromas of toast, oak, hazelnut and a whiff of citrus zest slowly come together on this mature sparkler. The concentrated palate is more about complexity than primary fruit, offering bread crust, toasted almond, fennel, yellow apple skin and a hint of lemon zest alongside an elegant perlage.
