Sweet and almost resiny on the bouquet, with red licorice candy, cherry and heavy oak aromas. Gets better and more Pinot-like with airing, although the palate remains full, rich and creamy, with flavors of black cherry and resiny oak. Chunky and full on the finish; drink by 2013.
