This is a clean, classic hefeweizen that's light gold in color and pours with a thick off-white head. Traditional aromas of wheat, banana, orange zest, white pepper and clove unfold in the bouquet and transition into the medium-weight mouth. Additional notes of freshly baked bread, caramel malt and banana pudding add depth and richness, but are livened by the crisp texture and and ample carbonation. A subtle floral, whole-hop character lingers on the finish. Iron Horse Beverage.
